Vacuum Drying Chambers

Vacuum Drying Chambers Series VD

The VD series of vacuum drying ovens are based on a unique technique. The patented APT.Line expansion rack technology guarantees both precise tempering of the drying material and an absolutely homogeneous temperature distribution, providing a fundamental prerequisite for validation. The unique APT.Line preheating chamber technology provides complete tempering of all five chamber walls. Consequently, condensation is reliably prevented, i.e. drying results are not impaired by moisture deposits. In addition, corrosive vapours cannot condense on the walls which, in conjunction with the high quality stainless steel chamber, guarantees perfect corrosion protection. The new Cross-Flow inertisation guarantees complete flushing through the inner chamber, providing particularly even drying and shorter drying times.
The ovens in the VD series are ideal if you wish to have a completely safe vacuum oven.

Vacuum Drying Chambers Series VDL

In the chemical and pharmaceutical industry, drying solvent-containing substances is one of the basic laboratory tasks. As the substances in question are often thermolabile substances, as well as powders or pastes, drying under vacuum is often used for this purpose. This procedure, however, poses a greater safety risk for persons and their surroundings. Binder is the first and only manufacturer to develop a rigorous safety concept in accordance with all EX protection guidelines, which offers complete and correct protection IN and also AROUND the cabinet. All demands including the new ATEX-directive 95 are fulfilled. The unit safety of the safety vacuum drying ovens in the VDL series is safety-tested by T†V-Südwest and expressly approved for drying potentially explosive substances containing solvent. In comparison with other safety drying ovens, our VDL is unique, since the safety measures relate both to the drying process itself and the surroundings of the unit.
